Easy Gourmet Chocolate Strawberries
Needed:
1lb of Maggie Lyon milk or dark chocolate
16oz of fresh strawberries
Your choice of strawberry toppings!
Optional: 1/4lb of white chocolate for drizzling on top
How To:
Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and prepare a workspace with a parchment-lined baking tray.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave on half power, stirring every 15 seconds.
Dip the strawberries in melted chocolate using a skewer or fork, making sure all sides are equally coated.
Lay the strawberries on the prepared baking sheet and top with any toppings you would like!
Then, allow the strawberries to rest until the chocolate has set completely.

Graham cracker crumbs
Crushed Oreo cookies
